HOOK THREADERS™ ASAP shipping policy means your order will be shipped same day if possible. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed. As we are the Manufacturer we endeavor to maintain stock levels. If for any reason your order can not be filled within 48 hours you will be advised by e-mail. All orders are shipped via Australia Post unless specified otherwise. Any issues of goods damaged in transit shall be addressed by the purchaser with the shipping company.

Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and HOOK THREADER. In the unlikely case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all parts in their original packaging in 'as new saleable condition' at our expense. Upon safe arrival and inspection that the goods are indeed faulty, all items will be replaced and shipped at HOOK THREADERS™ expense.
